Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites sealed e‑bids for the procurement of used serviceable tyres to be used as fenders for PQA crafts M.T. Pipri, Malir, Gharo and Korangi. Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope / Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations.
