TEVTA / Govt. College of Technology Rawalpindi – Invitation to E-Bid for Supply & Installation of Solar System

Scope: Supply & installation of a solar power system for Govt. College of Technology, Rawalpindi. Firms must have valid enlistment/registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27 in appropriate category (C-6 or above) with project codes EE-11 & EE-06, and must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidders must also meet PPIB requirements applicable to the supply & installation of solar systems.

Important submission details:

• Bid documents are available and downloadable free on the Punjab e-Procurement website and PPRA Punjab site (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk / https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
• All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Online submission deadline: Bids to be uploaded on Punjab e-Procurement website by 11:00 AM on 2026-09-28. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
• Bid security/earnest money: To be submitted in favor of Principal, Govt. College of Technology, Rawalpindi, in the form of online bank transfer using PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement system equal to 5% of the estimated amount; proof must be submitted online.
• Bidders should upload all required documents (income/sales tax registration certificates and other documents as specified in the tender document).
• TEVTA (GCT, Rwp) may reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
