Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Jhelum invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for framework contracts of medicines, surgical/disposable items, laboratory items, general store items, X‑Ray & radiology items, printing items, medical gases and related supplies for Financial Year 2026-27.
Eligible bidders: Manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers, distributors and pharmacies holding valid documentation and registered as required under the Local Purchase guidelines (as referenced in the notice). Bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended).
Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual or physical submission is strictly prohibited. E-bids (Single Stage–Two Envelope) must include a 2% bid security of the estimated price. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. Registration documents (Registration Letter / Certificate, National Tax Number, Income Tax & General Sales Tax registration, if applicable) must be provided.
