Tender Notice — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (FY 2026-27): Lab Kits, Medicines, Surgical & Disposable Items, Fire Suppression System

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. Sealed/electronic bids are invited under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for multiple supply and supplementary procurement packages for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree for FY 2026-27.

Submission method & bid security: A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bidders must submit a fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee of 2% of the estimated price as bid security (refundable) through PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by PITB/eP.

Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan. RIC Rawalpindi is not responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery or electronic submission. If the opening date is a public/non-working holiday, the next official working day will be treated as the submission/opening date; time and venue remain the same.
