MES Tender — Replacement & Repair Works at Military Hospital and AM College, Rawalpindi

Office of Garrison Engineer (Army), Military Hospital Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for repair, maintenance and replacement works. Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose applications and credentials are scrutinized and found satisfactory.

Submission & opening: Completed sealed tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 hrs on 2026-09-25. Tenders will be opened on 2026-09-25 at 12:00 hrs.

Eligibility & conditions:

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and supply a copy of registration; unregistered contractors are ineligible.

- Contractors must be on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D & E and have relevant experience for these types of works.

- Firms must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with a government department and that no adverse inspection/evaluation report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) is outstanding against them.

- Tender documents will be issued only after scrutiny of credentials. Contractors may be present at tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender (refer Para-33(i) of PPRA Rules).
