Tender: Hiring of Vehicles on Rental Basis for Official Use — PIU, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Dept, Govt. of Punjab

Issuer: Program Implementation Unit (PIU), Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids from eligible and experienced vehicle rental firms/companies/sole proprietors for provision of vehicles on a rental basis for official use. Vehicles will be required for official use within Lahore (without driver) for one (01) year and for official travel outside Lahore (with driver) as and when required.

Eligibility & mandatory documents: Registered vehicle rental firms/companies/sole proprietors duly registered with relevant tax authorities and holding a valid National Tax Number (NTN). Must have Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration for services and Punjab Sales Tax (PST) registration where applicable.

Submission method: e-bids as specified by the issuing PIU. Interested bidders should follow the PIU's e-bidding process and submit all required documents, certificates and bid security as stated in the tender advertisement.
