PVTC Tender (e-Bids): Printing, Packing & Delivery of Trainee Manuals

Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the printing, packing and delivery of trainee manuals. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations.

Key dates & submission: Submission Deadline: 2016-09-21 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2016-09-21 at 11:30 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP).

PVTC website: www.pvtc.gop.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx. Encrypted scanned PDF bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP).

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held at Punjab Vocational Training Council, 134-A Industrial Estate, Green Town, Lahore on 2016-09-10 at 11:00 AM. Bidders’ designated representatives may attend at their own cost.
