Tender: Supply of Latex Examination Gloves (Large) — Emergency Services Department, Punjab

Issuer: Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab. Procurement purpose: Supply of Latex Examination Gloves (Large).

Submission method: E-Bids to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PDF upload method). Bidders must be registered with the e-Procurement System. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Eligibility: Manufacturers, Sole Agents, Foreign Principals registered with the Tax Departments in Pakistan.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). No physical financial instruments (CDR, PO, Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.
