District Council Gujrat invites online e‑bids through the Punjab E‑Procurement System from eligible, reputed and financially sound firms/contractors/companies for the procurement of civil works (streets, drains, nullah construction, culverts, pond desilting, paths and road works) for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on the e‑Procurement System and with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax) and, where applicable, with PEC in the relevant category. Procurement will be carried out through open competitive bidding (Single Stage Single Envelope). Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost for each package.
