PEC Invitation: Lease Office Space at R/O Lahore Building — LOI Due 2026-07-30

Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) invites expressions of interest from reputed organisations and corporate entities to lease entire floors at the PEC R/O Lahore Building (Block M, Civic Center, Model Town Extension, Lahore). Available floors: 3rd Floor (area: 9,715 sq ft) and 4th Floor (area: 9,715 sq ft). Key features include modern infrastructure, adequate parking, 24/7 CCTV security, diesel backup, building management system, elevators, centralized HVAC and fire/safety equipment.

Interested organisations must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) with company profile, intended usage, layout/usage plan and proof of financial capability. Only proposals for leasing the entire floor will be considered. Submit proposals to PEC Head Office, Ataturk Avenue (East), Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. Last date of submission: 2026-07-30 (by 5:00 PM PST).
