Issuer: Punjab Building Department, Building Division Jhelum. e-Tenders are invited from registered engineering firms/contractors for multiple building and maintenance works on percentage/rates basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Vendors must be registered on the e-Procurement portal and follow the published e-procurement procedures.
Key instructions:
- All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Manual/hard copy bids will not be accepted.
- Bid security: 5% of the quoted amount must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System as prescribed. Physical Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) will not be accepted.
- Successful bidder will furnish 10% Performance Guarantee of the contract amount in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee within 15 days, otherwise the bid will be cancelled and earnest money forfeited.
- Tenders will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Further PPRA rules and Punjab Building Department conditions apply.
- For detailed tender documents, vendor registration and clarifications use the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the official YouTube channel mentioned in the e-Procurement system.
Bid opening / submission note: Bidders who submit bids online must appear at the office of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi on 2026-09-23 at 11:30 AM for retrieval and public opening of quoted rates (as stated in the notice).
