Municipal Committee Pakpattan invites e‑bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered bidders/contractors (for the year 2026–27) and firms registered with relevant taxation authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) for the works listed below. Bidders must follow Punjab e‑Procurement rules (2002–27 & PPRA Rules, 2014) and submit bids through the Punjab E‑Procurement Portal.
Key instructions:
- E‑Bids shall be received as per single stage one‑envelope procedure except Sr. No. 01 and Sr. No. 06 which will follow single stage two‑envelope procedure. Upload PDF files for submission.
- All e‑bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security shown in the table below, in the name of "Municipal Committee Pakpattan" and in the form of CDR. Late, incomplete, unsigned or stamped bids (other than as specified) will not be considered.
