Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Amplification, Electronic Timing Devices & DG Sets at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Islamabad. Pakistan Sports Board invites bids through the Electronic Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) from PEC-registered contracting firms for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification systems, electronic timing devices and DG sets at various facilities of Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Manual/hand submissions will not be entertained.

How to apply and obtain documents: Tender documents must be downloaded and bids uploaded via EPADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk). The notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA websites. Applications must include complete technical and financial proposals as per bidding instructions; the e-bid documents prevail in case of discrepancies.

Key terms and requirements:

• Firms must meet the evaluation criteria set out in the bidding documents.
• Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm listed on Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
• Submit a notarized affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security / earnest money must be submitted as Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original submitted to the PSB office before the closing date/time; otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.
• One hard copy of the technical proposal (only) as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted. Financial proposal hard copy should not be submitted.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
• Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
