Issuer: Pakistan Air Force, Bases & HQs Central Air Command (CAC), Lahore. Purpose: Pre‑qualification and registration of reputable local suppliers/contractors for supply of dry and fresh ration items and related services to Central Air Command (CAC) and PAF bases.
Scope: Registration is invited for supply of ration items including (but not limited to) semolina, vermicelli, pulse/lentils, grinding services of wheat, condiments, lentils, Bengal gram flour, rice, cooking oil, milk powder, sugar, tea leaves (including green tea), meat, vegetables, fruits, squashes, salt, ice, firewood, bread and other fresh/dry items.
How to obtain application form: Application forms and instructions can be collected from the office of Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Central Air Command, PAF Lahore and OI/c Catering Flight at PAF bases from 25 September 2026 during working hours (0900–1300 hrs).
Submission instructions: Completed applications, clearly marked "Pre‑Qualification / Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items" and placed in a sealed envelope, must be submitted to the undersigned. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete or false information at any stage will result in immediate rejection.

Important notes: Applications must be duly marked and submitted in sealed envelopes. Any incomplete or fake information will lead to rejection. The PAF reserves the right to accept or reject applications on technical grounds.
