Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Wah Cantt invites pre-qualification applications from reputable Transporters and Goods Forwarding Agencies for a Closed Framework Agreement for the financial year 2026-27 (Ref: #4145-6612-CC-2026-27).

How to apply: Interested firms engaged in goods forwarding/transport business should submit particulars and supporting documents on the prescribed application form. Applications must be completed in all respects and submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope.

- Submission deadline: 2026-10-12 by 11:30 hrs (applications must reach before or on this time).
- Opening time: 2026-10-12 at 12:00 hrs.
Procurement note: In line with Federal Government/MOD policy directives, M/s NLC holds the first right of refusal for transportation services. The lowest evaluated responsive rate will be offered to M/s NLC to match; upon their acceptance the contract may be awarded to NLC. If NLC declines, the contract will be awarded to the next lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
