Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), NAVTTC Headquarters, Plot No. 38, Kirthar Road, Sector H-9/4, Islamabad.
Purpose: Engagement of eligible international certification bodies to provide internationally recognized certification for PMYSDP trainees in high-demand trades. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more listed trades and may propose credible international certification solutions for other relevant trades/occupations supported by verifiable labour-market demand.

Procurement Method: Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure (Open Competitive Bidding) adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules.
Bid Security: PKR 1,000,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of "NAVTTC Fund" must accompany the bid.
Submission Requirements: Technical and Financial proposals must be prepared and sealed separately and submitted as per instructions in the bidding documents. Hard copies of sealed bids (technical and financial) and bid security are required.
