Eligibility and scope: Bidders must be international certification bodies with demonstrable certification capability and technical experience. Bidders should possess relevant certification capability and demonstrable technical experience for the listed PMYSDP trades; NAVTTC may also consider credible international certification solutions for additional PMYSDP trades/occupations not listed, provided such certification is demonstrably relevant, internationally recognized and supported by verifiable labor‑market demand and acceptance.
How to apply: Submit sealed technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as per the instructions in the bidding documents. Ensure submission of bid security of PKR 1,000,000. Follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and NAVTTC instructions.
