Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights for design, finance, build, operate and transfer (DBFOT Model) of Modern Retail Complex (fuel station with allied facilities, EV charging, international/national food chain outlets, convenience store/mart and pharmacy). Leases are offered on a 21-year term (extendable for another 21 years). Annual rent will increase at 8% compound. Mobilization period: 12 months from date of possession.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-08 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom option available).
- Submission deadline: On or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM.
- Technical bid opening: 2026-09-21 at 02:30 PM.
- Bid documents available on PPRA and REDAMCO websites after publication; bids to be submitted on REDAMCO prescribed bid forms with required Bid Security (each site separately). Bid security to be furnished as Bank Draft/Call Deposit/Pay Order in favor of RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (PVT) LTD for each site. Commitment fee and annual rent must be offered separately for each site.
