The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad, invites e-bids for prequalification of IT firms through EPADS 2.0. Eligible firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List.
