The Deputy Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Defence City Islamabad (DCI) invites applications for pre-qualification and bids from firms/contractors (MES-enlisted). Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of Defence Savings Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified firms only.
