Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights for design, finance, build, operate and transfer (DBFOT Model) of Modern Retail Complexes (fuel station with allied facilities, EV charging, international/national food chain outlets, convenience store/mart and pharmacy) at multiple railway-owned sites across Pakistan.

Commitment fee and annual rent shall be submitted separately for each site as specified.
