Open Tender No. 73/2026 – Supply of Illumination Gases (FOR Islamabad)

Head Procurement invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply on FOR Islamabad basis. Tenders must follow the instructions below and be submitted by the stated deadline.

How to obtain tender documents: Request in writing on company letterhead and submit the prescribed tender fee by bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash payment will not be accepted. Tender documents will be issued against request and bank draft; original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.

Bid security and conditions: Bids must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Tenders received after the closing time will not be entertained. Tender validity must be at least 60 days from the opening date. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.

Eligibility: Reputed manufacturers and stockists with registration under Sales Tax Department and with own offices and telephone/fax facilities. Tender documents will not be issued to firms that previously failed to supply stores against orders.
