Open Tender Notice No. 73/2026 — Sealed Tenders Invited by Head Procurement, Islamabad

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for the supply of stores as per tender documents (Tender No. 73/2026). Tenders are invited on FOR, Islamabad basis. Tender documents, terms and specifications are available from the issuing office on request.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained by written request on company letterhead along with a bank draft/pay order for the tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted for the tender fee.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tenders will not be issued to firms that previously failed to supply stores against orders. Postal delays are the responsibility of the tenderer; envelopes must be clearly super-scribed with the tender number and due date.

- Late tenders will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the opening date. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected.

- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.

- Tender documents can be dispatched upon receipt of request and bank draft via dak/fax/email. The original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
