The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad invites e-bids for the enhancement of the existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System (38 TR). Eligible bidders are authorized distributors/suppliers/service providers duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax, included on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered on EPADS. Firms must provide after-sales service for the installed system.
Bids must be submitted online at https://eprocure.gov.pk via EPADS by 1100 hours on 22 July 2026. A bid security (Pay Order/Demand Draft) as specified in the bid-data sheet is required; the original bid security and a hard copy of bidding documents must be delivered to NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad by the submission deadline.
