Open Tender No. 73/2026 — Supply of Industrial Gases (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for the supply of Industrial Gases on FOR Islamabad basis. Tender documents, terms and conditions are available on written request as described below.

How to obtain documents: Submit a written request on company letterhead along with bank draft / pay order in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply stores against orders.

Submission requirements and conditions: Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money (inclusive of GST). Tenders received after the opening time will not be entertained. Tender validity must be at least 60 days from the opening date. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Tender documents can be dispatched on request against bank draft via post/fax/email. The original bank draft must be received in the procuring office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
