ANF Sindh — Pre-Qualification Tender Notice for Repair, Maintenance & Related Services (FY 2026-27)

Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Sindh invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms/vendors for repair, maintenance and related services for Financial Year 2026-27. Interested parties may download tender documents from the PPRA website or obtain them from the address below against a fee of Rs. 1,000.

Key submission & eligibility information

- Last date for submission: 2026-09-25. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

- Tender documents fee: Rs. 1,000 (downloadable from PPRA or obtained from ANF Sindh office).

- Submission method: Sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender Documents" and submitted to the office address shown below.

- Bid security / earnest money: 2% of the quoted amount in the shape of bank draft / pay order (payable as specified in the tender documents).

- Mandatory requirements: Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) maintained by FBR and meet other documentary requirements listed in the tender documents. Vendors should have at least three (3) years' relevant experience with government departments.

- All prices and payments should be quoted in Pakistan Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes as required.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per rules. Detailed terms & conditions and full pre-qualification requirements are available in the tender documents on PPRA and from the ANF Sindh office.
