Remaining JV/Consortium requirements remain: submission of a duly executed and notarized JV Agreement, minimum 51% share of the Lead Member, authorization for the Lead Member to represent the JV/Consortium, joint and several liabilities, defined roles and responsibilities, and restrictions on change in composition or multiple participation. |
