Open Tender Notice 70-72/2026 — Supply of SS Strip, Vial Spikes & Syringe Filters (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR, Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department) for the supply of medical items. Tender documents and specifications are available on written request on company letterhead along with a bank draft/pay order for the applicable tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Cash tender fee will not be accepted.

Important conditions:

• Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
• Tender documents will not be issued to firms with a history of non-supply against past orders. Tenders containing cutting/overwriting will be rejected.
• Tenders received after the opening time/date will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening.
• Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage.
• The original bank draft should be received by the procurement office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
