The successful contractor remains responsible for obtaining and maintaining all applicable registrations, licences, permissions, approvals and regulatory compliances required from relevant competent authorities for call center/voice/telephony operations throughout the contract period. |
| PEC Registration | The mandatory requirement of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration in Category C-3 or above is revised to PEC Category C-5 or above, with relevant specialization codes applicable to the scope of works. Single bidders or JV/Consortium members responsible for civil/infrastructure works shall submit a valid PEC certificate accordingly. |
| JV/Consortium Requirements | The existing requirement that the Lead Member of the JV/Consortium shall be PSEB registered is deleted. Remaining requirements for JV/Consortium remain: submission of a duly executed and notarized JV Agreement, minimum 51% share of the Lead Member, authorization to represent the JV/Consortium, joint and several liabilities, defined roles and responsibilities, and restrictions on change in composition/multiple participation shall remain unchanged. |
