Key conditions:

1. Detailed specifications and terms may be obtained from the undersigned on written request or by letter-head along with bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

2. Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted.

3. Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

4. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply to the stores against orders in the past.

5. The procuring agency is not bound to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage/time.

6. Tenders received after the date/time of opening will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening unless otherwise accepted.

7. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

8. Original bank draft should be received ONE DAY before the opening date. Last date of issuance of tender documents is also ONE DAY before the opening date.
