Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights (Design‑Finance‑Build‑Operate‑Transfer, DFBOT) for Modern Retail Complex sites including fuel stations with allied facilities, EV charging, national/international food outlets, convenience stores/marts and pharmacies.
Key terms:
• Lease period: 21 years (extendable for a further term of 21 years).
• Annual increase in rent: 8% compounded.
• Mobilization period: 12 months from date of possession.
• Bidders must quote offers against the published Benchmark One‑Time Non‑Refundable Commitment Fee and Annual Rent for each site. Bid security and financial benchmarks are published in the tender documents on REDAMCO/PPRA websites.
