Punjab Highways Tender: Rehabilitation / Modification of Roundabout at Y‑Chowk, Vehari — Bids by 2026-09-30

Punjab Highways Department invites online tenders from eligible Engineering Firms / Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) for the rehabilitation/modification of a roundabout at Y‑Chowk, Vehari. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Contractors/Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and have a valid PEC license for the Financial Year 2026‑27.

- Firms/contractors must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) prior to bidding. All information and registration procedures are available on the portal.

- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted only through digital online payment via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (link/bank payment option) in favor of the Executive Engineer Highways Division, Vehari. Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted.

- Performance guarantee as per PPRA rules (10% where applicable) will be required from the lowest evaluated bidder. Performance Security/Bid Security shall be submitted digitally through the Punjab e‑Procurement System; manual/physical bid guarantees or bank instruments will not be accepted unless specifically allowed.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the tender opening committee as per schedule below. Recovery against the cost of old material, if any, will be adjusted and accordingly bids will be evaluated.
