The Children's Hospital Lahore — Invitation for Bids: Medical Equipment & Lift Maintenance Contracts

Issuer: The Children's Hospital & University of Child Health Sciences (UCHS), Ferozepur Road, Lahore. The procuring agency invites sealed bids for annual repair, maintenance and service contracts as detailed below.

Procedure & Submission: Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (PPMS). Interested bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to participate. Electronic bidding documents, terms and conditions are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ppms.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website.

Bid Security: Bids must include bid security as specified (2% CDR of the estimated amount) as per bidding documents.

Instructions: Single Stage – One Envelope procedure will be adopted as per Clause 38 of PPRA Rules. Completed bids (technical & financial) must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2026-09-28. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Syndicate Room of The Children's Hospital & UCHS, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If a public holiday falls on the submission/opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

Governing Rules: This procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Response time and other conditions shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA/PPMS websites.
