Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State‑owned enterprise). REDAMCO invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for exclusive selling rights on Pakistan Railway network under a Public‑Private Partnership.

Key submission information: Sealed bids (Technical & Financial) must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted to the Manager Marketing, REDAMCO. Bid processing fee shall be submitted as Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR in favor of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited as specified in the bidding documents.
Deadline for submission: On or before 02:30 PM on 2026-09-15. Bids will be opened at 03:00 PM on 2026-09-15 in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives.
Procurement method & conditions: Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) will be used as per Procurement Rules 2004 (amended). REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance without incurring liability. Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. The accepted amount shall be subject to a 10% annual increase as specified in the bidding documents.
