E-Procurement Tender — Beautification, Decorative Lighting & Allied Road Works | Municipal Corporation Sahiwal

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites bids from firms/contractors on item-rate basis through the PPRA E-Procurement (Single Stage Single Envelope) system for beautification, decorative lighting and allied works on main roads, brand road and college road under Municipality works.

Eligibility & Registration: Participating contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes) and GST/NTN/PST registered. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of a CDR (5% of the estimated/bid cost) in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sahiwal via the e-procurement portal; the original CDR must reach the office of the Municipal Officer (I) at least half an hour before the scheduled tender opening. Failure to submit the original CDR on time may render the bid non-responsive.

Procurement Procedure & Conditions: Bidding will follow PPRA rules and the procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule-35 if necessary. Total bid price will be calculated by multiplying unit rates by estimated quantities. Quantity may be increased/decreased by the procuring agency after issuance of work order.
