The Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib invites e-bids from eligible bidders under the budgetary umbrella of Government of the Punjab (Health & Population Department) for the procurement of Office Stationery Items, X-Ray Films & Chemicals, Blood Bank/Laboratory Kits & Chemicals, Dental Materials/Medicines, Bedding & Clothing Items, General Store Items, Medical Gases, Dialysis Items, and Information Technology Items for FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) using Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

How to apply and key instructions:
- Download bidding documents and details from Punjab e-Procurement portals: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/admin/procurement/procurement-activity.
- Submission method: E‑Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab E‑Procurement System (eP). Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
- Bid security: 2% of the bid value per item, to be provided in the shape of CDR / Bank Draft as specified in the bidding documents. Original CDR (bid security) and required affidavits must be received in the Procurement Branch before the closing date/time.
- Only typed quoted rates will be accepted. Any alteration/correction will not be accepted and the offered rate will not be considered if corrections are found.
- Bidders must prepare & submit bids enlisting all items/products intended to be quoted, attach all relevant documents and samples where required. Samples of each quoted item must be submitted before the closing time or as specified in the bidding documents; otherwise that agency’s bid may be rejected.
- Deadline for uploading/submission of e-bids: 2026-09-10 by 10:30 AM on Punjab E‑Procurement System (eP). Opening of e-bids: same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained. The procurement shall be conducted as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
