Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites electronic bids through EPADS Version 2.0 for disposal/auction of Parking Fee Collection Rights for the year 2026–2027 at various locations of Rawalpindi Cantonment. Participation is strictly electronic via EPADS; only bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible.

Important terms & conditions (summary)
- Only EPADS-registered bidders (EPADS v2.0) on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) may participate.
- Bids submitted electronically through EPADS; manual, physical, or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.
- The e-auction will remain open until the stated closing time; bidders may improve/increase bids until closing.
- Each bidder must submit the stated bid security (PKR 1,400,000). Original instrument must reach RCB office before bid closing; cash payments not accepted.
- Failure to deposit required amounts or execute the contract will result in forfeiture of bid security and possible blacklisting/debarment under PPRA rules.
- Parking fees will be collected strictly per approved rates fixed by Rawalpindi Cantonment Board; successful bidder will issue post-dated cheques for remaining monthly installments as required.
- All applicable taxes, duties, levies and government charges will be responsibility of the contractor as per prevailing rules.
