E-Auction: Installation & Operation of Advertising Gantries — Rawalpindi Cantonment (5‑Year)

Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonments Department — Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB). RCB invites electronic bids through EPADS Version 2.0 for installation, operation and maintenance of branding/advertising gantries on Class‑C land for a period of five (05) years.

Important conditions and instructions:

- Contract period: Five (05) years. Bids must be quoted on an annual basis; contract fee will increase by 10% compounded annually for subsequent years.

- Registration & submission: All bidders must be registered with EPADS Version 2.0 prior to participation. Registration can be completed at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.

- Bid security: Each bidder shall submit a Bid Security of Rs. 44,000 in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt Board. The bid security instrument must reach the office of RCB before the bid closing date and time.

- Payment terms: The successful bidder shall deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the annual auction amount immediately after closing and acceptance of the bid. Further payments and agreement execution requirements apply as per RCB terms; the successful bidder will execute a contract agreement with Rawalpindi Cantonment Board and take possession as per the agreement.

- Auction schedule: The e-auction will remain open until 2026-10-29 at 02:00 PM; bids will be opened/evaluated online the same day at 03:30 PM.
