NHA Invitation to e-Bids — Lahore: Auditorium, Mosque and N-5 O&M / Repair Works

National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab–North/Central Zone invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for construction, repair and special maintenance works on N-5 and NHA Zonal Office Lahore premises. Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2027. A bid security of 2% of the Engineer’s Estimate in the shape of Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of “National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund–Security Deposit)” is required. Bids are to be submitted online through the NHA e-bidding / e-procurement portals.

How to apply / submit bids: Submit e-bids through NHA e-bidding portal and the Government e-procurement system. Prospective bidders should register and upload bids on the designated e-procurement/e-bidding websites. Bids will be opened on the closing day at 1300 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Hard-copy/manual bids are not accepted unless otherwise stated by NHA.

Important notes: Ensure up-to-date registration with FBR (Active Taxpayers List) and Pakistan Engineering Council for 2027. Bid security must be provided as specified. All firms are advised to complete any required registration on the e-procurement platforms immediately.
