NIH Islamabad Tender Notice – Glassware, Chemicals/Diagnostic Kits and Security Services (Oct 2026)

Issuer: National Institute of Health (Purchase & Procurement Department), Islamabad. The Institute invites sealed bids from original manufacturers/authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors etc., registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and approved with PPRA/EPADS for the supply/services listed below for the year 2026-2027.

Submission and opening will be managed through PPRA e-PA(S) new version 2.0 (online upload required). Original bid security (bank draft/demand draft) and hard copy CDR must also be submitted to the Office of the Director Purchase & Procurement before closing time. Tenders will be opened in the Conference Room of the Institute in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bidders must follow bidding documents, qualification, bid validity and evaluation criteria as available on PPRA/EPADS.

Important instructions: Upload tenders on EPADS new version 2.0 (last uploading dates as above). Supplier/vendor must submit earnest money in the shape of Bank Draft/Demand Draft to the Director Purchase & Procurement before closing hours; otherwise the bid will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
