Trademark Warning: "TIGER DRY FRUITS" — Pentagon Foods Supply (Legal Notice)

Issuer: M/s. Pentagon Foods Supply, represented by Barrister-at-Law Abdullah Nizamani (Advocate High Court).

Purpose: Formal warning regarding unauthorized use, sale, supply, processing or import of the registered trademark "TIGER DRY FRUITS" in relation to dry fruits and seeds. Pentagon Foods Supply states it is the prior adopter, long-time user and registered owner of the trademark in Pakistan.

Notice and Requirements: All persons and businesses in Pakistan and abroad are required to immediately and voluntarily cease any unauthorized use of the "TIGER DRY FRUITS" trademark, including processing, supplying, selling or importing dry fruits or seeds under that trademark, unless duly licensed or authorized by Pentagon Foods Supply.

Consequences: In case of further infringement, Pentagon Foods Supply will initiate civil and criminal legal proceedings, claim compensation and damages, and seek confiscation of infringing dry fruits and seeds sold in local markets or imported into Pakistan.
