Tender: Special Repair & Construction of 12' Span Culvert on Francisabad–Naroki Road — Gujranwala

Punjab Highways Department (Executive Engineer, Road Construction Division, Gujranwala) invites e-tenders from eligible PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for a special repair and construction scheme. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory. Contractors must hold a valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 and be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal.

Key procurement conditions include submission of bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via the Punjab e-Procurement System (digital payment) only; physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer, in the form of CDR, bank draft, cashier’s cheque, pay order or bank guarantee (valid for 3 months beyond completion/extended completion time). Rates must be quoted as item rates; percentage-based quotes above/below the DNIT will be treated as non-responsive.
