NHA e-Bid: Emergency Maintenance of Shoulder & Drain Protection on N-10 (Km 137+000 to 138+000)

National Highway Authority (Balochistan West-Makran, Gwadar) invites e-Bids for one emergency maintenance contract for shoulder and drain protection work on N-10 between Km 137+000 and Km 138+000.

Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department and with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026. Bidding documents (with detailed terms and conditions) will be available for free download from September 02, 2026 on the NHA e-bidding website; prospective bidders should monitor the site for any addenda.

Submission & opening: e-Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-09-17 by 1100 hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Notes: Bidders providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information may be disqualified and/or face legal action. NHA reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules. All firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
