Open Tender for Supply of Servo Motors — Pr. Accounts Officer, Islamabad

Sr. Admin Officer (Proc) invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for the supply of the undermentioned item. Firms must have their own office with telephone and fax and submit tenders on FOR basis as per tender documents.

Key tender conditions:

- Tender documents and terms & conditions can be obtained from the undersigned on company letterhead upon submission of the required bank draft (tender fee). Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1637, Islamabad. Tenders without the required earnest money will be rejected.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that have failed to supply stores against past orders. Postal delays are the responsibility of bidders; late tenders will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations. Tender documents can be dispatched upon receipt of request and bank draft, but the original bank draft must reach the office on or before the last date to issue tender documents.
