FDE Islamabad Invites Sealed Proposals for Outsourced Drivers (70 Positions) – RFP via EPADS

Issuer: Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad. Purpose: Request for Proposals (single-stage, two-envelope procedure) for provision of outsourced driver services for FDE HQ and affiliated institutions (urban & rural areas).

Positions and Requirements:

Eligibility: Reputable service providers/firms on Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR, registered for sales tax and income tax and holding GST / NTN numbers.

How to Apply / Submit Bids: Proposals must be submitted through EPADS (electronic procurement) along with original RFP documents properly filled in and enclosed in sealed envelope(s). Documents must be delivered to the address below on or before 2026-10-05 by 10:30 am. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day.

RFP Documents & Collection: RFP notice is available on EPADS, FDE and PPRA websites. RFP documents can be collected from the Procurement Cell address before close of office hours or downloaded from the mentioned websites. FDE will not entertain proposals submitted other than through EPADS.
