Open Tender No. 01/26-27 — Supply of Servo Motors (P.O. Box 1637, Islamabad)

Issuer: Sr. Administrative Officer (Procurement), P.O. Box No. 1637, Islamabad.

Sealed tenders are invited from reputable manufacturers and stockists registered with Sales Tax Department, having their own office with telephone and fax facilities. Tender documents can be obtained from the undersigned on written request on payment of the prescribed fee. A bank draft/pay order in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1637, Islamabad must accompany the tender.

Important instructions and conditions:

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1637, Islamabad. Tenders without the required earnest money will be rejected.

- Tenders submitted in cash will not be accepted. Tender documents will not be issued to firms which could not supply stores against orders in the past.

- Any postal delays in delivery of tenders shall rest with the tenderer. Envelope must be superscribed with the Tender Number and Due Date.

- Tenders received after the date/time of opening shall not be entertained. Tender validity is 60 days from the date of opening (shorter validity is not acceptable).

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations. Tender documents can be obtained and bids submitted on or before the last date.
