Auction: Restaurant No.1 and Two Fast-Food Counters at Lahore Railway Station — Bids due 2026-07-22

Pakistan Railways, Divisional Superintendent Lahore invites sealed Technical and Financial bids for Restaurant No.1 (Platform No.4) and two fast-food counters at Platforms No.4 & 5, Lahore Railway Station. Bidding documents are available on written application on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000. Bids must include a Bid Security of Rs.400,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of FA & CAO/Revenue, P.R. Lahore and be delivered to the office of the Divisional Superintendent by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-22.

Bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-22; financial proposals will be opened later for technically approved bidders. Contracts are for three years, extendable for a further two years with a 10% annual increase in license fee. Parties with outstanding dues or litigation against Pakistan Railways will not be considered.
