Punjab Directorate General of Labour Welfare — Tender for Android-based Survey to Map Occupational Diseases (Lot 1)

Issuer: Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab. Purpose: Procurement of an Android-based survey for mapping occupational diseases in Punjab under an ADP scheme titled "Mapping of Occupation Diseases in Punjab". Electronic bids (e-bids) are invited from reputed firms/Government contractors registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable).

Key instructions and conditions:

- Lowest rates will be accepted through EPADS and work will be awarded for 1 complete Lot to the eligible lowest bidder.

- E-bids will be received from 2026-08-22 on EPADS and will be opened on 2026-09-07 at 12:30 PM in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

- Procurement procedure: Single Stage - Double Envelope. Bidders must carefully read the bidding documents (Terms of Reference and terms & conditions) and submit required documents through EPADS.

- The successful bidder must provide Performance Guarantee / Security (up to 3% of work order amount) in the shape of CDR in favor of the Project Director of the ADP scheme if any item is quoted below the estimated amount; security will be released after successful completion of work.

- The procuring authority reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities and to accept or reject any bid as per applicable rules.
