Director, Veterinary Research Institute (VRI), Zarrar Shaheed Road, Lahore Cantt invites e-bids on Punjab e‑Procurement System for the supply of laboratory/store items for the financial year 2026-27. Registered and eligible bidders may download tender documents from the Punjab e‑Procurement System and PPRA website after publication.

Submission and opening schedule (all via Punjab e‑Procurement):

Last date & time for uploading bids: 2026-09-07 at 11:00 AM. Opening of bids: 2026-09-07 at 11:30 AM (in the office of the Director, VRI, Lahore) — bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.

Key instructions:

• Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be applied.
• Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR/Banker’s Cheque/Bank Guarantee in favor of the Director, VRI, Lahore and uploaded on the e‑Procurement portal with the technical bid, otherwise the bid will be declared non-responsive.
• All bids must be submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System by the closing time; late bids will not be accepted.
• Procurement will be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up to date).
