CMES (Army) Hyderabad Tender Notice – Repair, Maintenance and Supply Works FY 2026-27

Commander Military Engineer Services (Army) Hyderabad invites sealed tenders for repair, maintenance and supply works for FY 2026-27. Tender documents will be issued only to contractors/firms who meet the stated eligibility and experience criteria. Tender submission and opening will be conducted in the office of the accepting officer as specified below.

Eligibility & application instructions:

Contractors must submit applications to CMES (Army) Hyderabad for issuance of tender documents along with credentials. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents issued only to firms/contractors with sufficient relevant experience and the ability to meet special conditions listed in the tender documents. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

Firms not on the MES approved list must furnish proof of previous experience, details of works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand, as per requirements in the tender notice.

Submission & opening: Sealed tenders must be received in the office of the accepting officer by 2025-09-25 (submission deadline) by 11:30 hours and will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours. Desirous contractors may attend the opening.

Other conditions: The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Bids will be handled in accordance with PPRA Rules 33(1) of 2004. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
